Rusty’s Story (how it all began)
In 1992 Ty Hildebrand opened a little Pet Supply Store (Tj’s Pet Shop) in Milwaukie, OR. A little 1000 sq ft store that quickly grew to a larger location and added another store in 1999. In 2000 we finally flipped the switch on fleadrops.com and tjspetshop.com. The website that was born in our garage grew out of the garage and into a 5000 sq ft warehouse. In 2004 we made the decision to sell the retail stores and website and take a break.
In 2007 we moved to Bend, OR and lost our family dog, Snickers. This was a tough time for all of us. After a trip one day to the Humane Society we found Rusty. A 4 year old Irish Wolfhound / Airedale mix with a great personality and quickly became a huge part of our family. Everyone who meets Rusty loves him and he gives back even more love.
Rusty brought us back to the pet store days and we started missing the business. We took a look at the industry and looked at other products that we would love to sell. We found a great line of hiking equipment High Peak and wanted to continue with some pet products that we will be adding as fast as we can. Frontline Plus has been such a great product for us and a lot of our friends and family. We have used the product now for 10 years and wouldn’t use anything else.

Our goal is to get orders shipped within 24 hours of receiving them. In some cases it is just not possible. If the product is out of stock you will be notified. Once the order is processed your order will ship that day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused and in the state you received them and in the original box.) Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Email returns@rustydeals.com for a RMA # (return merch authorization number) so we can track the return back to your original transaction once we receive it.

Rusty came to us from the Humane Society and we want to give back to them. 3% of all proceeds will go the Bend Humane Society! What is Rustydeals? It is easy.. Rusty is our dog who came to us last year from the Humane Society. And the deals, well that is what we are trying our hardest to bring to you.
We sell Sleeping Bags, Tents and Backpacks for people who love the great outdoors. High Peak brand in our eyes is one of the best brands of outdoor gear. They have been in business for over 20 years and they focus on quality and affordability.
Frontline Plus Flea Control has been our best seller in our retail stores and online. We have used Frontline products for 15 years and even now all of our friends and families use and are satisfied with Frontline Plus flea control for both dogs and cats.
The other great line we carry is Outward Hound. This company has been making outdoor gear for pets for years and the response from customers has been great.
